Phnom Penh might be full of entertainment and exciting events (and Lady Penh is working hard to bring them to you!), sometimes we just want to kick back, relax and enjoy a movie.... but unless you're fluent in Khmer and willing to watch some action-packed enamored zombies flicks (although, when you put it like that, it does sound interesting), local and workable alternatives to your TV or computer screen are few.

Well, rejoice, movie lovers and cinema fanatics! Tonight (Friday) is the grand opening bash of The Flicks Festival Movie House, a shiny new venue where you can watch the latest movies and classics on a real screen, with air con, snacks and drinks. No need to fly to Bangkok or Singapore to spend a whole day watching movies, you can do just the same in Phnom Penh. Hooray!
