An ancient master said, “It’s always a full moon. It’s just not lit.” Be it so, if you’ve lived enough in Phnom Penh, you will be familiar with the changing faces of the ever full moon. Classic with its crescent standing on the left or right, quirky when the same crescent keeps sliding and sliding on its side as the weeks go by, until it gets to this perfect time when the moon is in a happy mood… like right now. Look up, and if you’re lucky, the moon will smile at you. Smile back!
